This time, we call powerful artists in all parts of the world. We invite artist from Uruguay in South America to Nipaf
for the first time. Seven of 14 total overseas artists become the first visit to Japans. And there are a lot of artists
who become the second participation - Uto Gusztav from Romania and Serge Pey from France that performed to Nipaf 95
and so on. What possibility are you in this art expression in this age, and I want to watch it with you.
